Born From Collaboration

The SOTA Movement is Minnesota’s biennial street dance festival, created through a partnership between Maia Maiden Productions, MNKRUMP, and DJ Digie. Together, these founding partners envisioned a festival that celebrates the depth and diversity of street dance through education, battle culture, artistic performance, and community connection.

Every edition brings together dancers, artists, educators, and audiences from Minnesota and beyond for a weekend rooted in Hip Hop culture and dedicated to honoring the people who continue to shape it.
